doesn’t work with either my 2-11 Mini or 2012 MacBookPro. Emailed for help….no answers. Was really excited about this app but just got disappointed. Hoping next versions work - at least answer to customer support….

Its a good idea and I foolishly ignored the negative reviews. I set this up and when I tried to use it, it said "computer not found". I dont think the developer is coming back to this app to fix it, hes just counting on people like me to buy it anyways.

Not practical at all. Too many steps to unlock your Mac. The process to do so is too many steps. Typing my password is so much faster. Also, half the times, I cant even get the app to recognize my Mac. They claim theyre trying to send an update to address this but its been a while. Wasted my money on this app.

Works very well except I have to use Touch ID twice, once to unlock my phone and again to unlock my mac. If you can find a way to unlock in one Touch ID session this will be a five star review. Ignore the reviews about how many steps there are. Add the Notification Center widget and you have a very simple set of steps: -swipe open notifications -tap finger key icon -use Touch ID -and currently you have to use Touch ID once more after the app loads. Trim to one Touch ID pass and you have a three step process.

I give it a 4 because I will like to encourage Leandro Luizari to invest the time needed to make a Great App!! The concept is excellent. 1) The Client in iphone should be faster and easier to actuate 2) I see the real possibilities if this app in an integration with an App like 1Password. 3) set a group of macros for different mac apps. 4) …. make it work with iphone 6 & 6+. Carry On!

I have an iPhone 6 plus and this does not pair with my early 2013 MacBook Pro with retina.

After this long of a wait and no updated icons and graphics. Super dissapointing

Long awaited update, is for the lack of a more colorful word, useless. Developers just ripped off their customers! I will be getting in touch with Apple customer service and filing a complaint and try to get my money back!

Ugly widget the other one was perfect now you ruined it. Please go back to the old widget. Totally dissapointed.

Connection problem still exists. Program seems to hang if my finger is on the home button before the TouchID window pop-up. No difference with this update.

Look, these guys have a pretty great idea. The issue is that the software doesn’t work. iPhone 5s, and mid-2014 MBA, and the iPhone app could never find my computer. Bummer, dudes. Really, this is likely a difficult thing to develop, and is going to fail a lot because of the pretty large number of different devices out there. The only reason that I bothered to review is because the devs are accepting money for a product that doesn’t yet work. Apps take time to make, absolutely, and this one needs more time in the cooker before it’s worth buying. But man, when it works, it’ll be pretty stinking cool.

This is a great idea… but just simply doesn’t work too well at all. I’ve only been successful unlocking my rMBP with my iPhone6 twice. All other times it just fails to see my rMBP at all. $1.99 wasted. The developer/publisher should be offering refunds.

The first version of this app was extremely buggy and unusable, hence the bad reviews, but the new update has greatly cleared up these issues to the point where I enjoy using this app to unlock my computer consistently.

Installed on 2014 iMac and iPhone 6. Works as advertised. Instructional video would be helpful.

I ignored the reviews against my better judgement. I have an iPhone 5S and the latest MacBook Pro Retina. It pairs, but then it cant find the computer. I wouldnt care if they hadnt charged for it. Dont buy.

Doesn’t work. Tried it early on. Didn’t work. Since I paid money or it, I thought I’d give it another try after a recent update to their Mac helper app and that hasn’t helped anything. Still doesn’t work. Tried out Knock and it worked first try.

Great idea but works one time every full moon...

Its a great app to show off the usefulness of Touch ID. Id say it actually works about 85% of the time and has greatly improved since launch. I am running on iPhone 6pls and a 2014 retina MacBook Pro. For the few bucks it costs, Id recommend it.

The app works as stated. Just doesnt save you anytime logging on your PC. You have to have your phone with you. Open the app on your phone, swipe your Mac name in the app and then place your finger on the iPhone home button. It then takes another 5 or 10 seconds for your Mac to login. Didnt time it but must take 10 to 20 times longer to login in as just entering your password. Dont waste your time. Apple needs to add this functionality to the Mac.
